We charge £25-£30 per hour worth of Audio/Video to put into context depending upon the complexity, ease-to-understand and circumstances of the conversation taken place. Our price varies mainly on the topic either it is technical or non-technical maner which may require an industry expert to transcript it and quality of the sound how it is recorded.

Terms of Transcription Services and Transcription Prices Notes are noted below.

1. Essentially, the faster turnaround the more we have to  stay up late – hence the higher “red eye” prices.
2. There are also several factors that can increase the time taken to transcribe and will also increase the basic rates (e.g. poor quality recording, accents, detailed templates, video etc).
3. There is also an option for an additional proofreader, for maximum accuracy needs such as  medical, or legal related.  However – for nearly all  our clients the standard service (with our 98% accuracy transcription service guarantee) is adequate.
